1. Is online shopping safe? How will BOL protect my credit card information?
Ordering with BOL involves the use of state of the art commercial security measures. Our order form is protected by the Secure Socket Layer (SSL) protocol, which encrypts your information and confirms the identity of the BOL server before allowing your order to be sent. This encryption process takes the characters you enter and converts them into bits of code that are transmitted over the Internet. Netscape and Internet Explorer browsers both support the SSL protocol.

In addition, BOL uses only secure Web servers that are protected behind a firewall, and extensive measures have been taken to guard them from both physical and electronic attack.

2. What methods of payment can I use for BOL?
You can purchase online by credit card only (MasterCard ,VISA or American Express)

3. When will BOL charge my credit card?
No charges will be applied on your credit card until your order has shipped.

4. Do I need a specific browser to shop with BOL?
Although this site has been designed to be viewed by a wide range of browsers, to shop securely in BOL you will need Netscape Navigator 3.0.4 or later for Windows or Macintosh, Microsoft Internet Explorer 3.0 or later for Windows or Macintosh, and America Online 3.0.1 or later.

5. Am I required to have an e-mail address to purchase on BOL?
Yes. With an e-mail address you will be able to receive messages confirming your order and a notification when the product will arrive,
prompt notice of any shipment delays, if any, since some products are imported from Brazil.

6. How will BOL confirm my order?
You will receive a confirming e-mail indicating receipt of your order and that we are proceeding to fill your order. After this confirmation, we will contact you only if we encounter problems filling your order such as back ordered items, shipping delays or payment problems.

7. Do I pay sales tax?
Only Californai residents will be charged sales tax. Because BOL operates inCalifornia, we are required by law to charge applicable sales tax on all purchases made by California residents.

8. What if I have a problem with my order?
If there is any problem with a shipment, or you would like to inquire about an order contact BOL at customerservice@brazil-online.com

9. How long will it take to get my order?
Our vendors are committed to a rapid shipping turn around. Most items are shipped within 3-5 business days so you should receive your product within 5-10 business days. Imported products from Brazil may take longer, specific shipping information is noted on the respective product page.

10. What is your return or exchange policy?
Return policies vary from vendor to vendor. Specific exchange policies are described at the time you place an order.

11. Do you accept orders by fax/phone?
At this time we do not accept fax or phone orders.
